BUSINESS HARDSHIP: South Tyneside Council to extend support to small businesses

Vinicius Jr. made it 1-0 after a sensational pass from Toni Kroos caught the Liverpool defence out. The Brazilian beat his compatriot Alisson Becker after a superb first touch put him in on goal.
Real Madrid would double their lead from Trent Alexander Arnold's mistake when he headed straight into the path of Marco Asensio.
Naby Keita was taken off after just 40 minutes following a poor showing on his return to the team.
Unfortunately, both men were racially abused on Instagram after the game with Liverpool making a statement condemning the abuse.

Vinicius got his second of the night after Salah's away goal for Liverpool. That give Real Madrid a 3-1 aggregate lead heading into the second leg at Anfield.
It means Liverpool will need to win 2-0, or by three clear goals in order to advance to the semi-final.
Their home form has been less than impressive though, so that's a tough ask.
It looked like they'd turned a corner when they beat Arsenal 3-0 last weekend, but this is another setback.
The Reds play Aston Villa on Saturday and they'll be hoping to end that dreadful streak ahead of Madrid's arrival on Merseyside.
