Sheena Ramsey, Chief Executive, Gateshead Council said “This has been an incredibly challenging year for everyone and yet despite all of the difficulties there have been people, businesses and organisations across the borough giving hope and support to others at a time when they’ve needed it most. All of our nominees are incredibly inspirational, they go above and beyond to help others in Gateshead to thrive and are beacons of light within our communities. I’d like to encourage everyone to vote for their winners.”
