A local organisation has secured funding to deliver a pioneering fitness programme to teens across Sunderland.
Active Families North East will be using Kangoo boots as part of the programme, maximising the fun whilst encouraging youngsters to take care of their physical and mental health.

Students across Newcastle have shown their commitment to combating climate change and decarbonising the city by 2030 . More than 130 young people attended a Climate Change Summit, to discuss ideas for tackling global warming.
Dozens of new jobs could be coming to a North Tyneside village. Developers have asked for permission to build 14 new industrial units on vacant land at West Chirton Industrial Estate. Though the purpose of these units is currently unknown, the applicant has estimated that this could create up to 42 new jobs.
